Once we’ve landed on the perfect plan, we’ll get your session officially on the calendar! I’ll guide you through booking, contracts, and payment with a smooth, stress-free process. Easy, organized, and done in just a few clicks—so you can start counting down to photo day.

step two:
I’m here to answer all your questions so you feel confident, comfortable, and beautifully prepared. From choosing the perfect location or studio setup to styling guidance for the whole family, I’ll walk you through every step. My goal is to make the experience feel easy, relaxed, and genuinely fun — so you can focus on loving your people while I capture the magic in between.

This is the fun part! We will either meet at my studio or our outdoor location that we chose together. We will capture the whole family together, the kids on their own, mom and dad and other sweet combinations.
After your session, you’ll receive a private online proof gallery within 2-3 days. From there, you’ll select the portraits included in your paid package, as well as any additional images you may wish to purchase.

The result is a gallery filled with timeless images that celebrate your family’s connection and the season you’re in right now — giving you beautiful portraits you’ll treasure for years to come.
You’ll receive a private online gallery of professionally edited images within 10-14 days.

A: Family sessions are typically held outdoors at a park-often Shawnee Mission Park. I am open to suggestions though. Studio sessions are available also!
Q: What should we wear?
A: It’s best to coordinate, don’t match. Choose a soft color palette with neutrals and complementary tones Avoid loud logos or busy patterns.
Q: What should we expect?
A: Family sessions include a mix of gently guided posed portraits and playful natural interactions. We capture the smiling at the camera moments and the laughter in between. Sessions are relaxed and fun, creating images that look beautiful and feel like you.
